Bringing GAPS to Nottingham

You may be new to GAPS,have been  successfully working through the book by yourself or find that a bit of help and support might make your GAPS journey a little easier. Whatever stage you are at GAPS Nottingham is here to help.

My Name is Katherine Bellchambers and I am a certified GAPS practitioner. I have a full degree in herbal medicine from The University of East London and am a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists. I certified as a GAPS practitioner with Dr Natasha Campbell McBride who researched, developed and introduced the GAPS protocol.

1`Her own son was diagnosed with autism and, as a medical doctor and neurologist she strongly believed there had to be a way to help him. With the GAPS diet and other adjustments to life he acheived near normality and is happily studying at university. She has made it her life's mission to share this success with as many people as possible. By certifying with her I have joined that mission.

Through GAPS many people  have found a level of health and clarity of thought they never thought possible. Children with autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia, and ADD have achieved virtually normal results in mainstream school, developed rewarding relationships with their families and friends and gone on to successful working lives.

This blog will bring helpful tips, recipes, news and encouragement for anyone embarking on or continuing with a GAPS journey. If are you in Nottingham and the surrounding area I look forward to meeting you! However if you're not in Nottingham you are still welcome and encouraged to explore GAPS and if I can help I certainly will.
